My trip go to Chiangrai-Thailand. Sea Teacher program (Student teacher Exchanged in Southeast Asia).

I went to the airport in the morning at round 02:00 GMT. Arriving there at 04:00 GMT and i had to wait for my friend. Finally at 05:00 my friends was to come. After farewell i fo straight to check in. This is the first ecperience fly to me. So I wondered what should i do. But actually that everything is easy. So there is no need many time to check in. In the waiting room i was talking with my friends named Amelia and Nisrina. Amelia, nisrina and me is student represntatives of Muhammadiyah Prof.Dr.Hamka University (UHAMKA) that go to student teacher exchanged to Chiangrai-Thailand. Actually from UHAMKA send 10 people consisting of variety of Major. Of the 10 people were divided, some went to Thailand and Philipines. Five of ten went to Thailand and five of ten fo to Philipines. Five people went to Thailand any time divided two. There is nothing to Udon thani University as much as 2 people and to Chiangrai Rajabhat University as much as 3 people (Amelia, Nisrina, and me).
      Maybe here you’ll have asked to me, that’s what program and how to get (step by step) how i can to student exchanged at Chiangrai. So, i followed the Sea program Teacher Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia. The program is a part of the SEAMEO(You can to see what is Sea teacher seameo http://seateacher.seameo.org/seateacher/). Here who participated in this program consist of 5 countries there are Indonesia, Thailand, Philipines, Malaysia, and Myanmar. But from my University only sent to Thailand and Philipines. Any placement is selected from the seameo Team adapted to the needs of the area. So the student cannot to choose where he/she wants to be placed.

      The second question which i will answer is how to get to go the program through the Chiangrai and how process. So, the first i joined meeting in mid-June 2017 along with several professors from a variety of Major. An availlable present the Dean and Vice Dean too. When it was just inform about UHAMKA wiil participate again for 4th batch in a program of SEAMEO and the plan will send 10 people from a variety of major. Ten people were surelu neer to do the previus selection process. And selection it will be funded on the next day because considering registration will be closed tomorrow. Honestly, it makes me shocked, baffled and confused. I am very confused as to want to proceed or not to the event. When i call my family, they were very supportive of me to joim the program. And it makes me really confused because i don’t have a plan before.

      The next day in the morning i like the ussually to studied. Until the evening i permit to my lecturer at college because finnaly i chooses to test for the program. Because i think the blessing from my family of Allah SWT. I finnally come to test room but i am not preparing learning materials at all in fact, I don’t know what to say when in the test. The first test is a test that will teach by mu lecturer Mr.Purnama. Because my major is mathematics education, so i teach math with english language. The second test is test to fight me by Mrs.Sri. Time so fast the maghrib was came. And must to breaking because is day is Ramadhan so me and friend have food and water in there. Finally my name is called to be representatives of the student teacher exchange. Where as before my professor said that UHAMKA not concerned with the number of repsentatives from major (e.g the major A sent 1 person so 1 she/he gets away with it, that is WRONG), just competence and worhty to be delivered into representation. If competent only 5 people then that will sent only 5 people. So, the number of 10 people is the maximum amount of which is given by UHAMKA. In the end UHAMKA is sending 10 people be a representative.

      Okay maybe it's enough answer from me, I'll be back telling my experience leading to chiangrai. Me and my friend sat at outside of gate flying with telling about everything experience us, but we've heard several times that the plane was headed to Don Muang (Bangkok-Thailand) untilfinally someone on the speaker said "Ms. Wyda and Ms. Nisrina please come to gate 6 because the plane will be take off". Hear the sound of it, we was ran away as soon as possible and check in again and then enter into the plane. Really embarrassed if i remembered hahaha. So it is recommended for you do not direct chat with the other and boarding when it's been told to enter.

      Takes about 3 hours to get to bangkok. I departed at 07.00 and 11.00. Then I get off the plane and then back in check by immigration. After that I took a suitcase and looking for a place to take a break because it must wait for the next departure at 14.35. Because I was very hungry so I ate bread and snack. But eventually nisrina and amelia bought lunch in once place to eat in the airport of Bangkok. We telling again and just remembered the time is reached at 13:00. We should immediately rise to the top (to the place of departure) because i must to check in. After that, we were waiting in line to check-in was almost half an hour we queue up because people are very much there. I have a hunch that this is the wrong place to check in, and then I said to my friends. Amelia finally going to find out, I and nisrina just standby in the queue line. And that it's true, we're wrong CHECK-IN and it's really a waste of time. We finally start going the right place (to the place of regional departure).

We arrived of there, the room is very spacious, and we were confused as where to go. Finally I asked the service center was there and showed where we had to check-in. We go to these places again and turns out to be the same as at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport have to self check-in because of the many people we lined up, it takes about 15 minute. After my registration, registration and it always failed. We finally tried to queue up again and try a different machine and it still fails. I immediately searched for the clerk and ask why do I always fail to register. The clerk was asked what airline I. Then I mention. After that he took me to the place of registration that was specific to the airline which I used to need direct counter manual registration.

 The officer asked my passport and registration. The registration takes a lot of about 30 min. When the officer gave the ticket I look at my watch and time already showed at 14:17 it means that soon the plane will take off. I'm running with Nisrina (because amelia it already had to leave because she different counter registration with me). I looked at the ticket and says waiting area at the gate 55. I ran towards where it then there's examination by the officer with a view of the passport and my ticket with a pretty long queue need a few minutes. After the examination, I think the gate of 55 just in front of but that is FALSE..  Because the gate 55 very far. We again ran up and finally we found the writings of gate 51, we kept running until it finally got to the gate 55. There I saw amelia sitting in the waiting room and waved. I see the hour my hand already showed at 14 o'clock in the minutes which means 3 more minutes the plane take off. Amelia told me about that schedule the flight was delay, so the flight will be take off at 14:45. I sat in chairs. Then I am so thirsty and buy pure water for 25 baht. Any aircraft arrived and we ended up flying to Chiangrai-North Thailand.

      The flight maybe takes about 1 hour 30 minutes from Bangkok to Chiangrai, so i am arrived at 16.15. At the airport we met Mrs.Nok and pick up me. Actually i has met with the our friends from Indonesia (4 people)  who also recently arrived in Chiangrai. Their four people some of Makassar-South Sulawesi. After that the car pick us to check-in at the hotel and stay there for two days. In the evening I searched seven eleven to buy rice and eat together. Then I stay in the room with Nisrina. After dinner I'm sleep hahaha ...
